Chocolate (Schokolade)

I live an outrageously steady life,
Never have a rendezvous.
I only go for a walk with my parents
now and then.
My dad says that's how its gotta be
and I'll get a bon-bon from him.
Finally that was the last straw
because I just don't like bon-bons!!

I don't want chocolate
I want a man
I want someone I can kiss
and wrap around my little finger!

It was my birthday the other day
One I will never forget.
All of my Aunties and relatives
came around to party.
They brought roses and daffodils
and mountains of chocolate.
All of a sudden I realised and I shouted:
I just don't want that stuff anymore!!

I don't want chocolate
I want a man
I want someone I can kiss
and wrap around my little finger!

On sunday at the fair
I bought a ticket for 20 pennies.
I even won! But what a disappointment
Because I won a teddy
Made of chocolate and marzipan!
Furiously I threw it at the people
and screamed at the ticket-seller:

I don't want chocolate
I want a man
I want someone I can kiss
