This story is a Classic and rated G. It recounts Vincent’s coming of age. It is set just after Lisa left, when Vincent suffers a breakdown and for weeks is in a state of near death. When he recovers, stronger and more at peace with himself, his sixteenth birthday approaches. At a coming of age ceremony, Vincent is given a special task that gives him hope for the future. Pt 1 Tells of Vincent’s discovery of a feral child in the lower tunnels and he brings the him into the tunnel community and he is named Mouse.
Pt 2 The feral child from Outsiders, like Mouse, has been stealing food and Mouse feels he is the only one to bring the child who he calls Skunk, into the safety of the community. Uploaded August 5, 2008
